At Checkout Guests can add a Picnic Lunch

This ticket allows 1 hour entry to our play village on the time and date specified followed by soft play in our main room 

Once your order is placed you will receive an email which states ‘ your ticket has arrived ‘ this contains a square QR code.

Please present this on arrival at our venue.

Please read the following carefully before purchasing this ticket.

Any abuse of our rules will result in the tickets being cancelled immediately and entrance being refused.

We are a hospitality venue who sell a wide range of delicious, branded food & drink options.

Could we please ask that guests support our business by not bringing in large drinks containers or outside drinks of any kind.

Please kindly leave these in your car if you need them later.

1.1 This ticket is for admission to our play village at Kooca followed by Soft Play in our Main Room

1.2. Tickets must be purchased online in advance only and are limited in availability

1.3. This ticket is for chidlren aged 1 - 6 Years only

1.4.  No children aged over 6 are to enter at any time.

1.5 Tickets are valid for date and session booked only.

1.6. Tickets can not be cancelled, exchanged or refunded.

1.7  Adults must directly play / supervise their chidlren at all times whilst in the play village. 

1.8  We operate a minimum of 1 Adult to 3 Children for the health and comfort of all guest.

2.0  For the safety and comfort of all of our guests please do not bring any packed lunches, crisps, snack bars, chocolate, sandwiches, sausage rolls, soft fruit, raisins, lunchables or any other kind of food items into our venue under any circumstances.

This may put a child at risk.

This includes but is not limited to any fruit, snacks, sausage rolls, cakes of any kind.

Please do not attempt to bring this into our centre.

Please leave this at home or in your car.

Failure to follow this important rule may result in you being asked to leave.

2.1. No cans or energy drinks at any time to be brought into the venue

3.0. Please do not bring any crafting items, pens, crayons, felt tips or markers of any kind into our venue.

These may cause damage to our tables and play equipment.

Any damage as a result of breaking of this rule including cleaning will be charged.

3.1. We ask that guests do not bring any form of smoking equipment or vapes into our centre.

These are extremely dangerous to children and must not be out at any time whilst in our venue.

We politely remind guests that we are a play centre for younger children.

Our play village contains a variety of toys suitable for different ages and abilities.

4.1. Adults must supervise play at all times with their chidren and never leave them un supervised.

4.2. Toys are not to be allowed to be placed in mouths, licked, or bitten. Any damage will be charged.

4.3. All outside shoes must be removed and left outside of the play village at all times.

4.4 All toys must be returned and tidied up prior to the end of your session.

4.5 Children must not be allowed to throw or damage toys at any time. Any damage will be charged.

4.6 No toys are to be removed from the play village at any time.

4.7. No food of any kind is to be brought into or consumed in the play village. Any cleaning required after breaking of this rule will be charged.

4.8 Our toys and equipment are inspected regularly however if you notice any damage or concerns please speak to a member of the Team.

4.9. Please no external toys to be brought into the play village at any time.
